1 jar cheez Whiz
1/2cup chopped celery
1/2chopped onions
3/4cup melted butter
1 1/2instant rice uncooked
1 pkg frozen broccoli thawed
Mix soup and cheez  whiz over heat till melted
Add celery onions butter rice and broccoli
Place in 2 qrt casserole dish.
Cover with lid bake at 350 deg. for 40 min.

2 green peppers
6cups white sugar
4tps salt
Mix all ingredients and boil for 10 min.
1qt. viegar
1small cup flour
1Tbs tumeric
3Tbs. dry mustard
mix dry ingredients and add to vinegar slowly add to hot mixture
cook till clear (1hr)
(NB add some of hot mixture to vinegar mixture to prevent lumps.)
