Notes

Filed to Printed\ on the folder test.

One of three Weight Watchers cards in this batch — with easy-cheese-lasagna-weight-watchers (also Week 9, © 2000) and pasta-e-fagioli-weight-watchers (© 1999). Two of them share a Week number, so these came from the same weekly meeting handout, kept together and filed together.

These cards say something the recipes do not. Somebody in this household was following the Winning Points program around 1999–2001, and kept the cards in the recipe box afterwards. That is a piece of family history sitting in a recipe file, and it is the sort of thing worth noticing before the cards get dismissed as clutter. It is an observation about the documents, not a claim about any particular person — nothing on the cards names anyone.

Not transcribed verbatim in full, per the standing call on printed material.
