Chocolate pudding spiked with RumChata cream liqueur, folded with Cool Whip and set in shot cups in the freezer — reads like a printed email or forwarded message, opening with an exclamation crediting "Holly" as the source. Contains alcohol.
"Holly" (as credited in the text — see Open questions)
Ingredients
- 1 (4 oz) package instant chocolate Jell-O pudding
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup RumChata (cream liqueur)
- 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip
Method
Mix the milk, pudding, and RumChata until thickened. Gently fold in the Cool Whip with a spatula. Pour the mixture — it will be thick but not yet set — into plastic jello-shot cups. Place the cups in a cake pan in the freezer for a few hours, then enjoy. Note: the shots will not freeze fully solid, because of the alcohol content.
Notes on the artifact
A printed (typed, not handwritten) page that reads like a forwarded message rather than a recipe card — large empty margins top and bottom, and an informal opening line: "Holy Flippin Moly!! Look what Holly has....Rum Chata Pudding Shots ~ oh My....here's the recipe:" The writer calls the shot cups "tarter sauce cups for fish fry here in Wi[sconsin]" (as written, cut off) — a Wisconsin reference that may point to where "Holly" or the correspondent is from.
