Notes

Filed to Printed\ on the folder test, and it is the least ambiguous case in the box — a branded advertisement, unannotated.

It is also the most recent-looking item scanned so far. The "Eat. Laugh. Love." tagline, the Wholesome @ Home line and this card format put it in the late 2000s or 2010s, decades after the handwritten cards around it. Useful for dating the box: this recipe box was still being added to recently, not sealed in 1985.

The uncooked instant rice going in dry, with two cans of enchilada sauce and a jar of picante as its only liquid, is the whole trick of the recipe and the reason the sodium figure is what it is.

Not transcribed verbatim in full, per the standing call on printed material.
