Baked jumbo pasta shells stuffed with a three-cheese and egg filling, covered in sauce and baked — a straightforward weeknight main from a Hallmark blank recipe card.
Ingredients
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce ("Prego Traditional," as noted on the card)
- 1 box large pasta shells
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pinch of pepper
Method
Cook the shells and rinse them so they don't stick. Mix the cottage cheese, mozzarella, eggs, salt, and pepper (everything except the Parmesan). Fill each shell with 1 Tbsp of the cheese mixture. Arrange the shells open-side-up in an 8x13-inch pan with a layer of sauce on the bottom. Cover the shells with the rest of the sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Cover and turn the oven off for the last few minutes of baking.
Notes on the artifact
Two-sided handwritten card on a blue/purple/gold decorative-border Hallmark Cards, Inc. template — the same template used for black-bean-salsa-toss.md elsewhere in this batch. The card's "Time required" (40 min) and "Preheat oven @" (350°) fields are filled in; "Serves," "From," "Can be made ahead," and "Can be frozen" are all left blank.
